A separate Terraform-native test harness duplicates setup and review conventions; one shared rendered-plan, provider, or runtime validation path keeps infrastructure checks discoverable and consistent.

Fix

Delete the Terraform-native test file and move the durable assertion into shared rendered-plan, provider, or runtime validation.
